The scale says I’ve lost weight. I refuse to believe it, because everytime I look in the mirror, I see fat.

I wish all the fat in my body would just dissapear.

I need to detox. I have read that fasting is a good method to do this. Can somebody please give me advice on the best way of doing this? How do I start? How do you keep from eating? What to do when energy is low, etc?

I binged today, AGAIN! :( Went over my calorie intake AND didn’t have a chance to burn it off, GASP!!!! So i purged :’( I hate it, but it’s the only way I can continue without feeling…like it’s the end of my life :(
